ABSA is completely useless

I have never heard anything like this in my life - they can't give you any feedback or a simply answer on an account because they have system problems FOR TWO WEEKS!! SYSTEM PROBLEMS FOR TWO WEEKS!!! And then they still have the audacity to ask you if this will be in order that they still can't provide you with feedback. Of course NOT!!! I would never ever in my life advise someone to bank with ABSA, NEVER EVER they are beyond useless and definitely not a company you can rely on in a time of need
