I am an estate agent doing rentals but am not able to get into my inter net banking since last Thursday. I do not know who has paid rent and who has not paid. I can not pay my clients they think I am lying NO bank can have such a bad service for so long. There are so many people making use of the inter net at the bank itself that it is no use trying to do my payments in the bank. The call centre just does not help after holding on for more than 20 minutes I just hang up SO please tell me what to do as I am losing an lot of business due to your bad service
