Paying but getting calls and threats

I Have been in contact with HI-Finance in JHB to arrange for there banking details to be e-mailed to me so that I can start making EFT payments into there bank account monthly. I have recieved there e-mail with there banking details, and have been making EFT payments into there bank account monthly, Today I recieve a phone call from debtwise saying they want to come collect my goods because I have not been paying them. The amount I have been EFT'd monthly is nearly double my installment amount to catch up with my arrears. I am now fed up with the threatening phone calls and smses. When I try to call the call center I am sent pillar to post and getting no where. I hope this will be able to resolve this issue and it is really irritating.
