REALLY???

African Bank has been harassing me with telephone calls, to pay my accounts, which I know i'm very behind with. I have tried to make arrangements to pay smaller installments and get banking details so that I can do EFT payments but apparently no one wants to supply me with that. I just finished a call where your agent insisted that I give my banking details for him to do a debit order, but I am sorry, I refuse. Why not just give me the bank details?? He got me so upset by the end of the conversation that i used i swear word and then he put the phone down in my ear. I have asked for banking details twice before but nothing was sent to me? One person did manage to give it to me but I wrote it down and managed to lose it. I want it e-mailed. Like you e-mail statements. Is it that difficult. No one else has any problems with that??? What the??? I think the person that helped me is absolutely pathetic and needs to work on his customer skills. Please just e-mail me the banking details with whatever reference number I must use on both accounts and I will start making payments as per arrangement.
