Very Poor Service

I have been paying my credit card with FNB since 2011. I had a debit order on my account, plus I was making monthly eft payments into the account of fnb. I recently discovered that my account had been done and paid off almost a year ago. I have been trying to get a refund from Lesiba for the past 2 weeks. Lesiba today asked me for a 3 month bank statement, for what?? I gave her a 1 page statement as proof of account with Nedbank for the refund. In November last year my account was moved to Groenewald Lubbe attorneys, since then I have been making extra payments. Now FNB has been sending me from post to pillar for my money. They say phone the lawyer, then the lawyers say phone the bank, and so it went on for 2 weeks. Now they want me to send a bank statement for the transfer of the funds. I'm so sick of the bad service at FNB. I tried calling Lesiba numerous times, I emailed many times, no answer on my questions. The calls don't get answered either, so I'm really peed off by their service. As soon as you owe FNB, they send you red letters, but they sukkel to pay people back their money. Also, I now have to pay the lawyers hundreds of rands for the emails and phone calls I made to the
