WAKE UP, NEDBANK!!!

On 7th Dec 2012, I was unable to retrieve my card from an ATM. I was assisted by a black male who helped me to retrieve my card. I felt uneasy about this transaction and took down the registration of this person. The following morning at about 06H00 I discovered that R18, 000 had been withdrawn from my account. R3, 000 was cash and the rest was through a retail card machine. I tried from 07H00 on the 8th Dec to contact the Department. The phone was only answered at 09H00. I filled in the necessary forms at Nedbank Lakeside Mall and they sent them to the Dpt. I hand delivered CCTV coverage to the Dpt. I also gave them the name, address and registration no of the culprit. He had 5 other credit card criminal cases against his name. All the previous criminal cases had been dismissed. After a period of 2 months, continously calling the Dpt, a gentlemen by the name of Sipho advised me that they would not refund my money due to the fact that I had assisted the culprit in my own money. Today I saw the culprit who drives a Black Land Rover at the same ATM trying to another client. WHY HAS MY MONEY NOT BEEN REFUNDED OR PERSON ARRESTED???
