I recently received much better quotes from other suppliers on my vehicle insurance, so I called Outsurance to have them bend over backwards by bettering my quote or giving me R400 as they advertise all over TV. After 20 minutes worth of sales jargon, they inform me that that can only be done for people who are with other insurance companies and are calling Outsurance!
Nice- let us hook you, and then do whatever we wish!
A word of advice- call around before you accept their quotes!
