On the second of March OUTSURANCE deducted a amount of R1217, 08 wrongly from my account. I contacted Hello Peter and the matter was resolved and a canselation request Request no: 20483003 was supplied by Jackie Malan also the money was paid back to me by OUTSURANCE. Jackie Malan told me that no money wil be deducted from my account in the future she also told me that a supporting document will be sent to me to aplologise to me and that was also confirmed by Johnny. No document was sent to me and i still wait for it. On the 2 April 2012 the same amount of R1217, 08 was again deducted from my account ant that after Jackie Malan Promise me that no amount wil be deducted again from my account and she also give me a cancelation request number No: 20483003. Again my montly deductions didnt go thru to my different Debitors and now they threten to blacklist me of a unlawful deduction of OUTSURANCE. I am sick and tired of this bad service and attitude of the personel and promices of OUTSURANCE I dont have a policy with OUTSURANCE and stil they deduct money from me without permition. Please help me
