INSURANCE CHARGED WITHOUT CONCENT

I was contacted by Calne on February 11, 2013 to confirm our Insurance on a vehicle that is financed by ABSA - she asked that we sent a copy of our Insurance, indicating that this vehicle is Insured. Documents were faxed to her on 11/02/2013. Our Fax report stipulated that it was sent and that she received it. On 09/07/2013 we realized that ABSA put Insurance on this account without our concent - we phoned them to rectify this problem (MONIQUE) as we do have insurance and all the documents were sent to them!! Monique use an exuse that our documents date's were older than 3 months and that this were not accepted as good enough! So, we sent her new documents which was dated 07/2013. WHY DID THEY NOT CALL US WHEN THEY SAW THIS??? in the first place? We asked them again (via letter) to rectify this problem - today (2013/08/19) we opened our statement just to see that they are still deducting this insurance - with money paid into this account to pay the vehicle!!! How do we rectify this and how can we get our money back? When they need us to pay our account, they are quick to phone us, but with a problem on their side, it seems they don't know how to use a phone!
