We submitted all doc`s requested for a new home loan with FNB, That was on the 12/03/2013 they decliend it because of a error by them they loaded a loan on my wifes name and 3 days later they removed the loan from her name we were asked to re-submit which we did and up until to if we dont call or send a email to Raphela, Sello [Email Removed] we dont get feedback, we have 10 workign days left before the offer ecpires and we are getting no joy from Sello Raphela from FNB HER CONTACT NUMBER IS Cell 082 3615676
