I applied for an additional home loan in early January. Docs were completed and submitted to lawyer. Evaluation has been done. About 2 weeks ago I was informed by the lawyers only after I made contact with them, that the address was incorrect on my docs. To date this has not been rectified and submitted back to lawyers in order for them to submit to deeds office. After this is done the process is a further 15 days. I can't reach the home loan consultant that I was dealing with either. I do all my banking with FNB but after this incident I am seriously thinking about switching to another bank.
