I called FNB to request for my statement, as i stopped getting statements from January, i was put through to Tsepo and i asked him why have they just stopped sending my statements, he said that FNB needed a copy of my ID and proof of residence, so i asked him so why didn't FNB inform me of this, ive been banking with them for a while now and no one has contacted me regarding this issue! and this was his response " well now that you on the phone, im telling you"
I am beyond livid with that response!!! Secondly how the does FNB train their staff???
Is that how they should be speaking to your so called valued clients??
Why wasn't i informed about the bank needing my ID and proof of residence?? Then im told to email mybranch and request for my Feb statement, i am then told that it will cost me R9.00 for MY STATEMENT THAT I NEVER RECIEVED BECAUSE FNB FAILED TO CONTACT ME REGARDING MY ID AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE!!! I am so off with FNB right now!
I have sent the above complaint over 2 weeks ago to FNB, and until today i have not received any feedback!
talk about pathetic customer service!!!
