I logged a qery on the 2/04/2013 about the turn around time feedback i was not receiving from FNB REF: Hello Peter complaint ref: 269722 because FNB gave me feedback they closed the query, but my appication is still not Finalised for my home loan because the credit committee added that i have vehicle finance as this affected our application and the first time they rejected our home loan application because FNB loaded a account on my wife`s name which she did not have .it has been a full month now and we still dont really now if FNB will assist us with the home loan amount we are requesting from them. All they keep on telling me is we have sent a email to the manager of the credit and home loan team they will give u feedback but not one of the managers ever come into contact myself or my wife.

i have received final feedback from Standard Bank after i sumbitted my application on 5/04/2013 and on the 8/04/2013 i received a 100% bound if i dont get final feedback from FNB by tomorrow i will submit a complaint to the Ombudsman for banking servieces.
