NO SERVICE IN TIME OF NEED

I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED AT THE MANNER THAT HOLLARD INSURANCE HAS HANDLED THE FIRST CLAIM I HAVE HAD EVER SINCE I HAD THEIR INSURANCE.I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT BUT HAVE BEEN TOSSED AROUND AS IF I OWE THEM MONEY.I PUT A CLAIM THROUGH ON THE 05 MARCH, WAS TOLD THAT THE DOCUMENTS WERE UNCLEAR PRETTY EARLY&I THEN RESENT THE DOCUMENTS.I WAS THEN SENT AN SMS SAYING THAT MY CLAIM WAS RECEIVED&SOMEONE WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH ME SOON.I DO NOT KNOW IF SOON TO THEM IS A MONTH LATER.WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CLAIM THEY MAKE OF PAYING OUT IN 48HRS? I RECENTLY LOST MY BABY&THIS IS THE LAST THING I WANT TO DEAL WITH.I HAVE CALLED THE CLAIMS CALL CENTRE ABOUT 5 TIMES&SILLY ME I DID NOT CAPTURE THE PEOPLE I SPOKE WITH BUT THE LAST PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS MARTHA LAST WEEK WHO SAID IT HAS BEEN ESCALATED&A SUPERVISOR WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH ME THAT VERY DAY.IT WAS THE SECOND TIME I HAD HEARD THAT LINE FROM THE CONSULTANTS.STILL I AM PUZZLED BY THEIR SENSE OF TIME.I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THEY COULD BE LIKE THIS WHEN PEPLE NEED THEM SO MUCH AT THEIR WORST TIME.IMAGINE HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT A PERSONS DEATH&ALSO WORRYING ABOUT FUNERAL EXPENSES.I THOUGHT YOUR LINE OF BUSINESS WAS AT LEAST TAKING THAT BURDEN AWAY.
