My car was, recovered and written off, it was financed through wesbank, I registered a claim with hollard insurance about 3months back, Wesbank is still debiting my account. I called the insurance this morning and spoke to Goodness who told me that they are still waiting for registration documents from wesbank so that they can settle my account. I called wesbank and i spoke to Riaan (0116328834) who told me that the registration documents has been ready for collection from 22/02/2013. I want hollard to account for the debit order from wesbank for March because that would have been avoided if someone did their job properly from hollard and followed up on the registration documents regularly. WITH HOLLARD IT IS NOT SORTED
