Money deducted after cancellation

I cancelled my insurance with my way and after cancellation money was deducted from my account. When I told them anbout my refund then they said they would send it back but they onlr refunded me the amount that was left as they had only coverd me for a few days not the deduction that was made after I had cancelled the insurance. I want my money back.
