Hi,
Don't be fooled by Hollard Insurance like i was and think than they will pay your claim when the time comes. They just enjoy taking our premiums and they don't honour the contract's term that they themselves imposed.
I submitted my claim 3 weeks ago after my son's passing and they only acknowledged the receipt after 3 days. Worst of all, it now over 3 week and i'm still waiting for the payout the promised will be out after 48 hours.
My advise to you is to shop around before you consider this company.
