I hit a pothole and my tyre was damaged, I called Glenrand MIB and it got through to AON, the lady who assisted me told me that im not insured with AON I must call Glenrand MIB. This left me confused since AON and Glenrand MIB merged, I asked for Glenrand's number the lady didnt have. Later on she called me and told me that she can assist me and then Glenrand will sort it out. This just showed the incompetence of this particular lady, she didnt even know that AON and Glenrand merged.

I lodged a claim on the 18th of April 2013 and asked for my car to be towed to the nearest panel beaters. The towers were late by 3hours, when it was towed no one called me on that day to tell me where they took my car to. The following day (19 April 2013) Cherrol Mapona from Glenrand called me asking where my car was, i told her that no one has communicated that to me, she then later on emailed me the details of where it was and the access amount. That was it, i didnt get any communication up until today (2 April 2013). I called Cherrol on the 21st of April 2013 and i was told that she was on leave. This pure lack of proffessionalism! Im very disappointed.
