In February 2013, I was called by a lady named Unathi from Amazing Vouchers. She received my details from a friend.
When she called me, she told me about Amazing Vouchers, took my details and told me that she would call me the next day to confirm if she can go ahead.
The next day she did not call, so I called her as I had her cell number. She then said she would cancel for me but not that day as she was in a conference and had no access to the system.
The next day I heard nothing again and tried calling her but her phone was always off and I got her voice mail.
I left it thinking that she maybe has cancelled. March 25th 2013 a debit order of R195 and R150 went off my account in the SAME MONTH to Amazing Vouchers!!
When I called, the lady asked me to send a letter to cancel which I did along with the UNUSED CARD which I received in the post.
April went off I called again..same story... I spoke to Melissa... and now today ANOTHER R195 HAS GONE OFF MY ACCOUNT. They now want a cancellation fee but they cant give me proof I accepted.
WHERE CAN I GET LEGAL ADVISE TO SORT THIS OUT!!!
