(Ref: Judith20/09/2013) Well done for clear explanation on your product. I have been with Glenrand MID now AON since 2009, however explaining you provided about my cover on home content about my accidental and was not clearly explained. I saw that on my policy and I kept on asking myself why is excluded, why have half when you can have full cover. However to cut the story short, service I received today was clear and I knew the difference in what I have in my policy, surely the product and service training you attended you understood what was thought to you. Keep on the good job. Judith was efficient, went more than the extra mile, friendly, helpful and extremely understanding. Thank You, you are an asset to Aon!
