I emailed Cherrol this morning to see if i could extend the car rental service by 1 day as the panel beater (recommended by Aon) is running behind schedule. She didnt even bother to reply so i called her to ask her if she could help me and the simple answer was no! never mind i rely on a car to get my kids to and from school etc just no - no acceptation. When i asked why she didnt get back to me earlier she told me shes far to busy and hasnt had time...?
