On the 16th April 2013, my manager was robbed. He had the business credit card and both petro cards. I reported the cards to FNB on 16th April 2013 and had the cards cancelled. All 3 cards were linked to my cheque account portfolio. SAP Case number 610/04/2013. On the 29th of April 2013, I saw 2 card transactions that went through on my account. I immediately called FNB Card division and spoke to a guy called Zulu. He said that they will investigate and get back to me. To date, the amounts have not been refunded and neither has FNB called me. I therefore called FNB today (8th May 2013) and was told to call 011 371 8607. I did that and was through to a lady (repeated story) who transferred me to Nthato (repeated story... now getting irritated). She put me through to a lady who sounded like? Keruma? I lost my cool here because Nthato did not tell me she was transferring me and I had to repeat the entire story again!!! I was highly irritated and told her to please put me through to a senior manager. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD!!! i waited online for about 5 minutes before I cut the call. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. FNB CALL ME URGENTLY TO SORT THIS OUT!
