During the first week of March I did an Upgrade with MTN-Online Services for a IPhone 5 16 G, I had some problems setting it up and as a result had to visit the nearest Mtn Store for further assistance (MTN-Store Shop 25, Mimmosa Mall, Kellner Street). My original query was never sorted out, but while I was waiting I asked the lady that assisted me to activate the insurance on my handset, i spefically indicated that it should be included to my Monthly Phone Billing. What she did not tell me is that she was offering me insurance from a third party (Glenrand MIB) which I did not know of then, but know of now since they billed me an amount of R205.94 from my bank account with reference debit-24chr000143926 without my authorisation. If I subscribed to this service it was under deception as I specifically asked the consultant to add My insurance to MTN-SP and I was at an MTN Sotre Afterall so was not expecting any other third party insurance. All I want is my Money Back. I know that the reason Why it was not mentioned is because she knew by activating the third party insurance she would get commission by omitting a few truths, I want my money back as I am insured by MTN-SP. Stop!!!
