Poor Customer Service

As a loyal client of glenrand Mib/Aon im extremely disappointed and angry about the way they dealt with my claim, the claims consultant Zelda Hall never called and give me feedback or give me update on anything, my car was a write off i needed every info as a client!! spoke to Irene her Superior as the was lack of communication and a delay on the claim she extended the car hire for the next 7 day, to my surprise the lady from Avis called me and said i have to return the car as extension was never arranged by the broker, eventually i took the car to Avis where i was billed R1418 where i was expecting my R750 refund for petrol, and my premium is off my account so i dont what am i covered for this month!!! I'm so angry and disappointed i thought glenrand/Aon was better than other insurance brokers as i have recommended to friends and family. Good Service gone bad and sour.
