Debit order arrangement

In september 2012 I changed jobs and my pay date change from the 25th-31st of every month, I went to metropolitan life branch in cape town and changed the deducting date. They have been double deducting on my account every month or they don't deduct then I'd have to pay cash at absa. The same thing has been happening and I'm paying R35.00 every month for the disputes I have to make monthly on my bank account which have costed me about R400 . I am tired now of doing back and fourth with them and being helped by employees that will tell you they don't know how to fix the problem. I want all my money back and close these policies. It is not the first time they have done this I have a debt with nedbank that is about R600 for a debit order I stopped that they deducted. I have had it with metropolitan life and its employees.
