I have been complaining about my iPhone 5 since the 8 July 2013. I have phoned the Call Center, Upgrades Centre and the Service Center over 30 times with no resolve.
I am still sitting with a faulty iPhone 5 that was reported 3 days after receiving it. I have been promised that a manager will contact me to resolve this issue, I have been promised that a courier will collect my iPhone 5 only to find the courier knows nothing of this..
Please go back in you call history and records and get someone to call me and resolve this issue.
The iPhone 5 has a rattle in the phone i.e. there is a loose part inside it. It has poor reception related or unrelated i don't care. However the iPhone 5 must not rattle on delivery.
I have put a complaint in on hello peter 3 times. I have written a letter and emailed it to complaints. I need this resolved by any means possible - this phone was delivered to me faulty on the 5 July and I am still sitting with it today with no confidence that Cell C will resolve this fault.
I've gone through the correct channels several times and i need a solution.
Please get back to me soonest with a solution.
