We are in the process of buying a home through an agent who bought it through absa's online auction. There are 3 exact same homes next to each other, exact same owner and their homes are already registered last year execpt mine! I keep on phoning my laywers, but they keep on saying absa still needs to appoint someone in court! Why am I waiting more than a year already? Its pathetic!! Absa is really not a great bank if they want to take 10 years for someone to buy a house from their auction!!!
