I C Motshwari currently have a bond with Absa bank which was switched from Nedbank to Absa in 2008. Myself (C Motshwari) and patner (MI Marotolo) signed the authorisation that the Bond must be registered under my name (Constance Motshwari) only with Absa Bank.
Documentation to the above was submitted and agreed upon but to my dismay, the title deed is still in my name and the partner.
Documents where done accordingly and to my surprise Absa did not change the tilte deed names to mine though the bond account is under my name only.
I took the matter up with ABSA for over a period of a year and a half and no satisfaction but excuses.
