My house roof, ceiling walls and floors as well as pool been damaged due to huge hailstorm I battled almost 2 weeks to registered my claim with absa I went several times to ABSA and complete the necessary documents After 3 days I followed up with ABSA just to hear there is no claim registered. I also registered my claim ONLINE which i received a ref. nr. After a week I went to ABSA to follow up the progress. Again I was told there is NO Claim registered! ABSA consultant assist me in the bank and after an hour and a half she managed to register my claim I received an sms ABSA promise to contact me withinin 48hours Since then nobody has contact me I phoned again A consultant confirmed that the claim has been registered and that ABSA have appointed Foggy plumbing and KOENS' Building Contractors and gave me their contact details. After 48hours I tried to contact Foggy plumbing NUMBER DOES NOT EXSIST? I contact the building contractor The gentleman informed me that he does no do contract work for ABSA anymore for almost a year I am very dissapointed and urge action on this matter.
