Stinking Attitude

I went to Nedbank Branch Simmons at Johannesburg and wanted to deposit money and I did not know initials of the person i am sending money to as i only had account number and the name but the Audry Motaung told me she cannot assist me because its not how they do things and i explain that i do not have intials and she told straight to leave the counter and said i can go to the manager she does not care and coloured lady assisted me with excellent service and instead did not attack me or embarras me in the crowd and i demand an apology because this Motaung embarrased me in the crowd
