Very Bad - Stinking Service

I went to Nedbank Quagga centre to withdraw R30 000 to invest at the mines. I know the rules by now so I went with my Id & my drivers licence and the cashier told me there was a problem with my signature. I asked for a manager cause I needed to deposit the money at Absa bank as I was running out of time. Some untidy guy claiming to be a manger came and also said he cant help me finalise the transaction. No one coming with an option or a plan b, I showed them my sms gave them my fnb cards, etc. The reason is my signature not corresponding, well I had a hat on and wearing tekkies (allstars). So basically I looked like a tsotsi to them & could not invest my money due to them. The people at the bank looked at me funny and I told the untidy manager that I will take my R100 000 elsewhere & he giggled & did not care making me look like a joke. I want an apology from the useless branch via sms, post & email. I had to drive to my branch (Michelle Street) & was greeted by Yasir, Bashnie & Kelebogile who assisted me but it was too late for me. Quagga branch must tell me if I have to buy an outfit to visit their branch? not all blacks are criminals & try going an extra mile for customers
