Why change my account limits every month???

I got a new Standardbank card about 3 months ago, because my surname changed.
I got it from Clear Water Mall where i was told that they dont need to do anything, i can do everything online. only to find out that i need to go back to a branch to set up my my EAP limits and withdrawel limits. I went to Standardbank branches 4 times after that, that the staff failed to help me. Eventually i got it set up last month... Come this month, i have to make some payments and my limits are back to 0! Can someone please explain to me, whyyyyyy? i phone the call centre and NO ONE can help me, I have to go to a branch AGAIN!!!
So i will go to the branch tomorrow, to CLOSE DOWN my account, Since NO ONE at Standardbank can help their customers! My husband and i will close ALL our accounts tomorrow, since your customer service is very poor. This is not the first time, we have had endless problems with Standardbank, since they day we joined. Moving Forward... To a new bank that is!
