My CSP and PIN number were blocked, I had no access to any money, so I went to my branch to reinstate them. I was assistance by Teboho Setagane (I know because when I read her name tag, she offered to tell me what the surname was, so that I got it right). She reset my pin & advised me to change my CSP at the Self Service Terminal which was not an issue to me. When she told me we were done, was there anything else she could do for me, I asked about my limits. I asked if my limits were not amended in any way because I had increased my limits to avoid disappointment. She said they were not tempered with but did not confirm what they were. I confidently went to the SST to transfer a lousy R700 when I got an error EAP limits exceeded. I went to her and told her this. She asked me to wait, yes she was busy with another client. When she was done, I asked her why am I getting that error and what exactly it means. When I asked her about my limits why didn't she check because now I'm spending the whole day at the bank when I have a whole of other things to do. She told me she didn't touch my limits. Actually I did not have EAP. In the process the girl is smiling in a very sarcastic way and
