As a professional and a client of Absa for more than 40 years another Bank has to give me a better rate for HP on a new vehicle than my own bank. It must be time to change to ''Wernners'' Bank as they want my business. Loyalty just does not seem to cut it and I am disappointed that they do not seem to want me as their client. So, goodbye Absa. I really did not have to write this complaint but I think more people should stand up if their bank does not have their well-being at heart. I feel I can complain as I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE FOR ANY PAYMENT OR EVER BEEN BLACKLISTED and this is the treatment I get from my own bank. It seems that you are penalised for being a good client.
