DEBIT ORDER - INCORRECT?

I would like to bring it to your attention that my, Martin Daniels, banking account was debited this morning of R2100.00?
Regarding our telephonic conversation on Monday 25/03/2013 at 6pm, I sent proof of payments of R3000.00, proof suppose to have been sent to Wonga finance department, see email below! I owe a banlance of R200.
I still await your response regarding my updated balance of my Wonga account, if any?
This has put me in a extremely complicated position, as my whole weekly salary was debited by Wonga?
Please regard this matter of urgency & I would appreciate that the mistake be rectified immediately!
