Poor interest rate

Applied for a R300 000 Bond with Absa (Who I d not bank with) and FNB (Who I do bank with)
Abasa came back to me with a rate og 1.05% less than prime
FNB: Prime rate
My question is how does a bank who I d no not bank with, come back with a lower rate than my bank.

So much for customer loyatly... When presented with the Absa quote, they will now compete... Too late...
You should be looking after your current customers.
