FNB AND CELL C DIRECT WORST SERVICES

The blackberry 9790 which was wrongly delivered 6 March 2013, collected 18 March 2013 after lenghthy mails and phone calls, its still on my name. I have been trying to have this phoned cancelled since the 6/03/13 but they keep coming up with new excuses delaying cancellation. They ask me for the courier waybill number wich is RW12607811 to find out if the phone was returned. After, Thembi Masina of Cell C Direct confirmed with Nomvuyo Mahlo, they have the phone on 26/03/13 and 27/03/13 the new story was they had to check if they phone was switched on or damaged. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DO THIS? I have been forwarding my complaint already to the CCEO Micheal Jordaan and his department, each time the same response they escalating the complaint and it just dies there. Cell C customer services never reply (VERY BAD) Please cancell my contract with Cell C Direct, get my number back 0730531227 as everyone is advising me I should never take a contract with Cell C Direct they. I hope I am going to get compensated for all this mails and phones calls I have been making. Please STOP telling me to call 084145, its a dead end, FNB got me into this and surely they going to get me out
