BlackBerry Z10 (Out of Box Failure)

I bought Sunday Times newspaper on the 10th of March 2013.The was an advert from Call Direct for Blackberry Z10 on contract for R389.I applied for the contract through the phone and they approved it. They delivered the phone on the 19th of March 2013.I went twice to Cell C for WI-fI settings as well as network problem. The guy who was helping me phoned Cell C technician. They told him that the problem is not with the network but with the phone. It is an Out Of Box Failure (OBF).

I phoned Call Direct and explained the problem that i have with the phone. She said to me that they cannot exchange the phone for a new one because it was out of seven days guarantee. She said that the only option was to send the phone for repair and i have to pay for it. My point is how will i know that the phone is Out of Box Falure especially when you can switch it on? I said to her to cancel the contract and they send me a message that said that they are busy with my query. The reference no:3040802388.The worst part of them all come end of the month they debit my money. I am really disappointed with the service i received from Cell C Call Direct and the do not even bother to call me. I have not used the phone!!
