FNB-not as innovative as you say you are!

So I love FNB because they always come up with awsome products and services but this morning I was doing an EFT to another bank and for some reason the internet froze and I checked the payment history and the payment was not there so I processed the payment again and to my horror the payment went through twice. Ok so first thing I did is that I went to the branch in sanlam centre in the randburg square randburg cbd, they told me to call online banking which I did and I was so dissapointed to discover that they could not help me... well they could but it would take them 7-8 days and they would charge me R218.00. Like really? You preach internet banking to all your customers but if I make a mistake you cost me an arm and a leg so much for the most inovative bank. I am so unhappy its not even funny. I alway brag about FNB but this morning I ate my words.
