MORE ONLINE BANK CHARGES!!!

Since when does fnb start charging for just going into or viewing online payment history??? R4.10 to click on the payment history button!!! Like really??? I use this all the time if I need to repay something and its not part of my beneficiaries list and note that I never paid a cent for this at all in the recent past. I pay hefty monthly bank charges already which is inclusive of online banking.

Shame on you fnb, you rip us off for everything! If this continues, then surely you will lose your once loyal customers. And guess what, its us loyal customers that keep your doors open, so continue with this practice and someday your bank will crumble. As for this mere R4.10, its a charge that just popped up and as I said I've never paid for this last month or ever.

Perhaps invest in better IT services to create pop us boxes on your exisiting online banking page, to let us THE CLIENTS know that IF we click on a certain button in online banking, WE'LL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES!!!
SO catch a wake up FNB, this is not on!
