Charged for checking who you paid - Please be awa

I have banked with 3 of the big 4 four banks in this country and i must say FNB are biggest under the sun.

i need to check via online banking who i had paid over the past 12 months, i went to the payment history option to check (i did not download any file). this is a free service amongst all the banks if done via online banking. but Low and behold i check my statement today and FNB charged me R 5 for checking. is going on in this country, these charg you for internet banking and then charge you for every click.

one me off more is that there was no warning that you will be charged. they just charge. Guys dont be fooled by FNB's on the radio, they are a bank.

You have lost a loyal client who has been banking with you for 32 years.

BTW on the line with their call centre for over 30 minutes, still on hold
