Internet banking is supposed to be quick and easy. I use to love FNB's internet banking. But not since they've changed the website. I've struggled a few times and so have a lot of people I know.

Payment stops at 96% completed. This is highly irritating!!!

I few of my husband's debtors had FNB's new site as excuses for missing payment.

It's taken me almost an hour now to load an recipient and make payment. Who has that kind of time to waste??
