FNB internet banking shows that the did process your request, but if you view it, it shows the transaction does not exist. You can also not load a stop payment. had to go into the branch and pay R30 or R40 per stop payment. When I e mail info@fnb banking... they tell me I must phone their call centre. I get that response after 2 days...
1) So for my stop payment which I had to go into the bank, FNB can refund me as their internet does not work as well as petrol money
2) Getting an e mail that I must phone them, as it is a security risk, they can phone me and give me a solution. IT is what FNB can do for you... isn't it?
