On the 28th of February 2013 I received a call from Innovation Group selling Tyre and Rim warranty for vehicle. I took the policy over the phone and requested the policy documents to be sent on email, after I read the documents I was not happy with the terms and conditions so I called the following day to cancel the policy. I was told the policy is cancelled but to my suprise on the 25th of March 2013 my account was debited for this policy. I called Innovation Group customer service to ask what happened but I was told the person who can give an explanation is the administrator and I can not be able to talk to the administrator directly according to Innovation Group's policy. I have been waiting for their feedback and it's been 3 days now but no one is interested in telling me whats happening.
