FNB HOME LOANS - QUICKSELL

I utilized the FNB Quicksell product, sold my house but had a shortfall account of R100k. Ive honored my payment arrangement every month for over 3 years. Last year i applied and was approved for 3 FNB personal loans. Recently, ive opened a Vodacom contract, Edgars account and applied for pre-aprroval for a new home loan with no problems on ITC. Yet in the last 2 months, when ive called my bank about a overdraft facility i was denied. December 2012 i received a letter stating that my shortfall account was in good standing and paid up. Now apparently after 3 years, FNB Home Loans Legal has set my account to Judgement in the past 2 months which means no more credit. i have banked with FNB all my life incurred and paid thousands of debt but they treat me in this manner. They have ruined my credit record preventing me from NO credit. Is this how FNB helps us? why after more than 3 years and various loans and credit which i can easily maintain have the done this to me? its because they want me to pay the shortfall account in full, which incidentally a huge discount was offered to me to pay the account in full. I cannot believe this is. Appalling and disgusting client service
