Declined 'One Account'-based existing FNB acc???

I recently applied for a 'One Account' with FNB for the benefit of paying my salary directly into the 'one account' on a monthly basis. I have two home loans and one vehicle loan with FNB (no other loans, cards with anybody else) - so basically I am asking to have the two existing home loans combined into one transactional account. I am not asking for a new loan / or more money, just to have it in one account. Well, I got declined, because of 'affordability'.
I have never defaulted any payment in my life; I currently earn more than when I applied for any of those loans. I am currently able to pay for these loans so why can I suddenly not afford it? The only reasoning I can think of is that you are not actually going to make more money out of this so there is not benefit to FNB.
How can you help me? Review your process because somewhere the process is failing.
PS. Interesting also how the attitude of Adri changed after I got declined. I was only trying to find out what else I can do, but obviously further communication was just an irritation.
