The "How can we help you" does not exist

Fnb does not assist their customers with loans, vehicle finance or home loans. I used to bank with FNB some years back and wanted a credit card and vehicle finance but was only helped by Absa and i cancelled the bank account with FNB. Last year i opened a bank account with them, everything seemed fine because i applied for a device and got it, then temp loan got, but i wanted a credit card and vehicle finance now im not getting any assistance. Even a loan to pay for the car deposit still they declined me because of some lame reason yet ive been banking with them for over a year.
