FNB HOME LOANS ARE UP TO @%$#

I pay my home loan every month, this month my payment did not go of. FNB toke have of the amount automatically of my account and now they are fretting me with LEGAL and the CREDIT BUREAU because they decided on their own to not deduct the hole amount instead of half.

This is not my fault, why must my credit record be blemished because FNB Home loans do not do there work.

I what everyone to know to NOT use FNB Home loans, but rather go to anther bank.
