Bad Service at FNB Florida Branch

I was at FNB Florida branch at the 23 of March 2013 for debit order reversal of R 148.68 the consultant took all the necessary documents and he said it will be done later during that day Saturday (23 March 2013) but to this date the debit order is not yet reversed and when i call the branch no one wanna help now, I thought your slogan says it all.
