NO FEEDBACK FROM BRANCH MANAGER

The branch manager at Florida Road FNB (Durban) promised me feedback on an issue I spoke to him about on 11 March and till now I have not heard from him. One would think that a branch manager ought to know something about customer relations. Can the regional manager get me an answer why I have been ignored?
